- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients across diverse clinical settings under DCAS and Prometrics frameworks.
- Perform accurate patient assessments, administer medications, and document clinical interventions using electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with UAE health regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and Prometrics clinical competency standards.
- Participate in mandatory trainings, simulations, and performance evaluations as required by DCAS licensing and hospital partners.
- Support orientation and mentoring of new nursing staff while maintaining professional development records and license validity.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Prometrics Certification
- DCAS License Eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems
- Clinical Documentation Standards
